Rates are for 2-12 persons renting entire villa. Rates include local government tax but not staff gratuities. Rates are in US dollars. Please confirm rates as they are subject to change. A signed rental agreement and 30% deposit are required to confirm your reservation. $500 damage deposit.
Cancellation policy:
Full refund less 10% of the total fee will be provided for all cancellations made more than 60 days before the departure date. No refunds will be offered for cancellations made 60 days or less prior to arrival – unless we are able to rent the property for the same period for at least the same amount. In that case, the 10% administrative charge applies.
