COTTAGE #1 3 bedroom/ 2 ½ bath/ max 6 $200 for 1-2 persons This charming cottage has three bedrooms and accommodates six people. There is a half-bath in the cottage, and one full modern bathroom with an open-tiled shower right outside. COTTAGE #2 3 bedroom/ 2 bath/ max 6 $205 for 1-2 persons Larger than #1 but also with 3 bedrooms, this comfortable cottage takes a maximum of 6 people, one full bathroom in cottage and another full bathroom just outside. COTTAGE #3 & 4 2 bedroom/ 1 bath/ each cottage max 4 $205 for 1-2 persons Each of these cottages is for a maximum of 4 people in 2 large bedrooms with 1 deluxe tile bathroom inside and lovely open family-room/kitchen. Large group? Rent them both! COTTAGE #5 2 bedroom/ 1 bath/ each cottage max 4 $215 for 1-2 persons This is the newest cottage & is even more spacious than our others. It is our only unit designed with full handicapped access, & has a huge bathroom, living/dining area & lovely kitchen with everything needed for maximum beach life enjoyment. SUNDECK SUITE 1 bedroom/ 1 bath/ max 2 $220 for 1-2 persons This romantic air-conditioned suite has a king-size bed in a lovely beachfront room with a fabulous ocean view & features a large open sun deck designed for total privacy.
It has a nice tiled bathroom & a large walk-in closet.
There is a brand new kitchenette with a coffeemaker, blender, toaster, 1 burner & fridge.
The ocean view is breathtaking, and it's all yours!. OCEAN-FRONT VERANDAH SUITES 1 bedroom/ 1 bath/ max 2 $260 for 1-2 persons 1 bedroom suites have a romantic four-poster bamboo king-size bed with netting, a full kitchenette with a coffeemaker, blender, toaster, fridge, & 1 burner.
The Veranda suites have an exotic outdoor shower as well as a lovely tile bathroom with another shower, a bidet, and a separate large his-and-hers dressing room.
These are among the most spacious and luxurious air-conditioned suites in all of Negril.........you will fall in love with them.

RENTAL TERMS:
All prices are in US dollars and are subject to change, your deposit will guarantee your rate.
There is a year round $33.00 per night charge for each additional person over the first two guests.
Please add a 8.50% tax and 10% gratuity for the staff.
Roll-A-Way beds are available in any unit to accommodate extra guests.
A 50% Deposit is required to guarantee your reservation.
Balance of rental is due 30 days prior to arrival.
All cancellations are subject to a 1 night cancellation fee.
Any cancellations of a booking or reductions in length of stay or in number of guests reserved received after the 60 day limit are non-refundable unless we can re-rent the space.
Cancellations for the holiday months of December and January must be received by October 1st, or are subject to a non-refundable holiday season policy.
