Rates are quoted PER PERSON Additional person charge: $15 non-inclusive $35 inclusive (children 6-12 1/2 price) Rates are in US dollars. Please confirm rates as they are subject to change. A $100 per person deposit is required to guarantee your rate. The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. Cancellations received in writing 30 days prior to arrival will be refunded. Cancellation insurance is advised. The management and owner of the Villa assume no responsibility or liability for any loss, injury or accident suffered by guests during their stay at the villa.

Add-On Meals

In order to provide a relaxing and carefree vacation for our guests, our Villa has a satisfying and economical meal plan. Meals will be served upon request and at the time you indicate. Each meal consists of the following:

Breakfast: Fresh juice, fresh fruit, cereal, one of eggs/omelet/ham/bacon/ackee & salt fish, toast, coffee/tea. Price is $7.00 per person.
Lunch: Soup or salad, sandwiches/Jamaican patties, dessert, beverages. Price is $7.00 per person.
Dinner: Appetiser, soup, salad, entree, dessert, coffee/tea. Soups are homemade and include pepperpot, red peas lobster chowder and many more varieties. Entrees reflecting traditional Jamaican cooking include: jerk chicken, escovitch fish, curried mutton. North American entrees include roast beef, barbequed steak, spaghetti and meat sauce. Price is $13.00 per person.
We have available for purchase, soft drinks, beer, rum punch and snacks such as chips, peanuts and cookies.
Additionally, light snacks such as rum punch, lemonade, hibiscus flower punch, sandwiches, fresh fruit, cookies and pastries are available daily.
