The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. Cancellations received in writing 30 days prior to arrival will be refunded.
Cancellation insurance is advised. The management and owner of the Villa assume no responsibility or liability for any loss, injury or accident suffered by guests during their stay at the villa.
